I have been a nurse since 2009 when I completed my LPN at a local community college. I went on to teach for that same college after completing my BSN. I have a love for nursing and nurse education that inspired me to obtain my master's degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. As a travel nurse I have learned even more about myself and nursing at different facilities, different hospital systems, and I want to share that information with nursing students, new nurses, and nurses looking for tips, tricks, new or better ways to do something, so we can love nursing again. We all deserve to have a nursing buddy that will share the tips and tricks that make becoming a nurse a little easier!
@TheSeasonedNurse isn’t one person, it’s an idea. It’s all about bringing experience and empathy to nurse education. It’s about bringing together nurses who are passionate about patient care. It’s about helping all nurses get a little more “seasoned” as we go. Becoming a nurse can be hard, and nursing isn't easy either, so supporting each other is key!
